Start of EE175 Filter Blog
Prof. Strasilla is teaching the EE175 Filter Design Course at San Jose State University. This course (past and present) may be accessed on his website: http://www.engr.sjsu.edu/ustrasil/ . A direct link to the Spring 2006 semester course is shown on the bottom. While above filter-course website has a wealth of information about the course, including contributions by the students, it is a one-way communication from the web to the students. If students have questions, then they only can email those to the instructor. It would be beneficial to make many of the questions and the instructor's response available to the whole class. This blog should serve as vehicle for this. When a certain question or comment arises, students and instructor may respond under that question heading, and other students are encouraged to participate and to contribute. If there is a hot topic, then the instructor might refer to this blog in his class. Otherwise, the instructor will try to monitor this blog on a weekly basis during the semester. I hope, that this blog will contribute to the teaching/learning experience.
